Dear Swindon Food Collective Members, Directors and Auditors
The Board of Trustees are pleased to invite you to our next AGM meeting that will take place on Wednesday 10th December 2025 at 6pm.
Notice of Resolution: Membership to vote on election to appoint Director: Mr David Cryer - currently a Co-Opted Director.
Electronic Ballot Papers are available here and will be sent via email to members.
Please return advanced Ballots via email to: trustees@swindonfoodcollective.org prior to the AGM taking place and by no later than Friday 9th December 2025 12pm (noon). Printed versions will also be available at the AGM should this be preferred.
If members are unable to attend the AGM in person, a proxy can be appointed in advance to attend on your behalf. Should you wish to attend via a proxy, please complete and return the proxy form here no later than Friday 9th December 2025 12pm (noon).
