At Swindon Food Collective, we continue to see a growing number of people turning to us for support as food poverty increases. Rising food prices, higher household bills, and the uncertainty of unemployment and redundancy mean that more individuals and families are finding it harder to make ends meet.
Lead and Direct Income Generation and Future Fundraising for Swindon Food Collective
The role has key responsibility for managing all Swindon Food Collective Events, organising and coordinating volunteers, and being our brand ambassador! This includes high-profile networking with local businesses, corporations and the public sector and significantly increasing event engagement across Swindon and wider Wiltshire Region. This is a fun and exciting role with lots of variety and involves some working hours on occasional weekends and/or evenings. The work involves undertaking frequent travel to local corporations, businesses, and wider public sector stakeholders.
