Distribution Centres


Important information

Once you have a referral which is in the format of either a paper voucher or text, then go along to one of the below centres at the published times. Please note:

  • Text referrals: you can only go to the distribution centre that the text message was sent to.  
  • Voucher validity: vouchers are valid for 10 days from the date of issue.
  • Always bring ID and bags with you: if someone is collecting on your behalf, please send a note or text of authorisation including the name of the person who is attending on your behalf. That person must provide ID and be willing to sign for your food. They should also bring bags.
